Committees

The Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce has a variety of committees to help oversee different sectors of the Chamber and support the overall mission: To promote and sustain economic prosperity in Kittitas County

Executive Committee

Role: To maintain the relationship and provide support with the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce CEO and staff. The Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce President is the designated lead of this committee.

Finance Committee

Role: To maintain relationships with financial officers, while providing financial oversight, budget and planning.

Membership Committee

Role: To maintain relationships with current and potential members with a focus on the recruitment of new members and evaluation of current programs.

Tourism Committee

Role: To maintain the relationship between the Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) and stakeholders to communicate efforts and strategies.

Business Development Committee

Role: To maintain relationships with small businesses county-wide to provide an understanding of impact and needs.

Government Affairs

Role: To maintain relationships with city, county and state officials, while providing information and instruction to members on how to deal with ordinance changes.
