Cancellation of the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce 112th Annual Awards Gala
ELLENSBURG, WA – June 5, 2020 - The Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce remains committed to the health and well-being of our members and community. After much deliberation with our Board of Directors and the Kittitas County Public Health Department, the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce regrets to inform the cancellation of the 112th Annual Awards Gala.
The Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce is now working through the ramifications of this unprecedented situation and will be announcing the award winners on the Chamber’s Facebook, Instagram and website on Friday, June 5, 2020 at 7 p.m.
Community members who purchased tickets will have the option for reimbursement or to donate their ticket proceeds to the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce WISH Fund. The WISH Fund (When Inconvenient Stuff Happens) is a fund dedicated to helping small businesses during a time of unexpected difficulty. A Business-to-Business support grant will be awarded to qualified applicants in Kittitas County through the WISH Fund. The businesses or organizations that have experienced loss of funds due to a crisis or disaster may be awarded the Business-to-Business grant to better position themselves for long-term success after this interruption subsides.
